Jamie Leonard, a senior commercial strategist with over 20 years of experience in the Irish agri-food, media and SME sectors, has announced the founding of Leonard Advisory, a boutique consultancy helping ambitious Irish businesses grow through research-led strategy and hands-on execution.

Leonard Advisory was established to address a gap that Jamie observed repeatedly throughout his career - businesses making important strategic decisions based on assumption rather than evidence, and investing in execution before the foundation was in place.

Prior to founding Leonard Advisory, Jamie spent over a decade as Head of Marketing & Circulation Sales at the Irish Farmers Journal Group, where he led the organisation's transition from a traditional print model to an award-winning multi-channel media brand. Most recently he served as Director of Agribusiness at ifac, advising boards and senior leadership teams across financial services, agri-food, renewable energy and manufacturing.
